KidTalk Therapy Services, Inc. provides ongoing professional and staff training sessions. We invest in our employees to make sure all new as well as existing staff members achieve the imperative training, education and skill set to achieve the needs of our school districts. Our employees our provided the following:

• Initial staff training meeting to review KidTalk’s expectations and human resource issues.
• Training programs in the area of diagnostic assessments, federal/state compliance issues in regards to Individual Education Programs (IEPs), and writing goals/objectives to meet district/state standards.
• Continuing education money is provided to all KidTalk employees to further their knowledge in the profession.
• Informing employees of upcoming seminars in the areas of speech and language pathology.
• Constant support and guidance with any speech/language clients and/or issues.
