Professional & Staff Training Programs
KidTalk Therapy Services, Inc. provides ongoing professional and staff training sessions. We provide our employees with the following:
- Initial staff training meeting to review KidTalk’s expectations and human resource issues.
- Training programs in the area of diagnostic assessments, federal/state compliance issues in regards to Individual Education Programs (IEPs), and writing goals/objectives to meet district/state standards.
- Continuing education money is provided to all KidTalk employees to further their knowledge in the profession.
- Informing employees of upcoming seminars in the areas of speech and language pathology.
- Constant support and guidance with any speech/language clients and/or issues.
